ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for an experienced Office Administration Clerk to join our team, based out of Thessalon. Reporting to the Manager of Special Projects, this position is responsible for: 

  • Check, complete, and enter invoices and requisitions ensuring accuracy
  • Reconciles various statements and accounts
  • Match groups and codes vendor invoices according to company guidelines
  • Responsible for biweekly cheque disbursement process
  • Update information in the fleet tracking system
  • Assists with answering incoming calls and attending to internal and external customer inquiries as required 

ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have: 

  • At least two (2) years high volume Accounts Payable experience
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent computer, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • College Diploma in Accounting or related area would be considered an asset
